The purpose of this communication is to request all suppliers on the Government Supplier Register, compiled by the Zambia National Tender Board to submit additional information.
Notice is hereby given that the Government of the Republic of Zambia is in the process of implementing an Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) on as SAP installation. The scope of the IFMIS includes Budgeting, General Ledger, Creditors, Debtors, Purchasing, Stores, Fleet, Treasury Management, Revenue Management, Asset, Financial Instruments, Project Accounting, Management Accounting and Consolidation. In this process, it is inevitable that additional information be required from registered suppliers to facilitate payments.

The purpose of this communication is therefore, to request all suppliers on the Government Supplier Register, compiled by the Zambia National Tender Board (ZNTB) to submit additional details as follows:

(a) Name of the Supplier
(b) ZNTB certificate of registration number
(c) Physical (street) address
(d) Postal code
(e) Country
(f) Fax number
(g) Electronic mail address
(h) Bank account name
(i) Bank swift code
(j) Name of banker (where payments may be sent if electronic funds transfer is used)
(k) Branch of the Bank
(l) Bank account number
(m) VAT registration number
(n) Address of the bank (Physical address)

In addition, all suppliers are requested to validate information previously submitted such as:
(i) Telephone number
(ii) Postal address
(iii) Contact person,

All suppliers who do not comply with this request will find it difficult to claim payment from GRZ as all payment for government registered suppliers will be through this updated register.
