PUBLICATION OF CONTRACT AWARDS

In the continued efforts to enhance transparency and accountability in the public procurement system, you are all required to publish, with effect from April 2008, all contracts awarded for the supply of various goods, services and works.

The advertisement should include the following information:

i) Tender Number;

ii) Number of bid received, names of bidders and the tender sums; and

iii) Winning bidder, contract amount and completion / delivery period.


The contracts awarded should be published on a monthly basis in an English Language daily newspapers and the Government Gazette.
