Our Profile
The parliament of the Republic of Zambia set-up the Zambia National Tender Board under Act No. 30 of 1982 and its subsidiary legislations. The Zambia National Tender Board regulates and controls procurement for the Government, Public Institutions and all Parastatal Bodies in Zambia.

Zambia National Tender Board formulates rules and regulations, advertises tenders, regulates procedures relating to award of contracts, formulates conditions for varying or waiving rules and ensures conformance to the provisions of the Zambia National Tender Board Act. The Zambia National Tender Board staff comprises professionals from diverse backgrounds. Procurement Professionals, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Lawyers, Accountants and Information Technology Professionals.
